OpenWe are looking for a motivated Handling Agent to join our Vienna team. The ideal candidate has experience in ground handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to VIP clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aircraft marshalling and parking coordination
- VIP passenger and crew assistance
- Liaison with airport authorities
- Coordination of ground services
- Baggage and cargo handling
Office Assistant — Airport Bratislava
OpenWe are looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join our team at MAGNUM FBO s.r.o. in Bratislava. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to support our operations across administrative and customer care tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks: invoicing, accounting, processing credit card statements
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with special projects across various departments
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Manage office supplies, scheduling, and accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings and events including scheduling and catering
Requirements:
- Slovak language and fluent English
- Driving license B
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on customer service
